Download DirSync Pro 1.23
A new edition of DirSync Pro was released on Sunday with version number 1.23. This open source program is intended to synchronize one or more folders, for example a computer with a smartphone or USB memory stick. This can be both uni- and bi-directional. The program is written in Java and therefore platform independent. Downloads are available for DOS, Linux, Mac OS X and Windows, among others. Since the previous entry in the Meuktracker, the following changes and improvements have been made to the program:
Added:
- New option in the ‘Options window’ to set the default path for log files to the program folder
- New option in the ‘Options window’ to set the default path for config files to the program folder.
- New button to clean the messages log
- New option in the ‘Dir Settings tab’ to enable/disable logging for the directory profile.
- New option in the ‘Default Settings tab’ to disable/enable logging when the directory profile is set to default settings.
- The update dialog now shows the major changes since the last version.
improved:
- Illegal characters in the directory profile label are now replaced with ‘_’ when using the label as a file name for logging.
Fixed:
- A typo fixed in the GUI
- Default logging for directory profiles is now set back to ‘disabled’.
- Warnings on bidirectional conflict resolution are now shown properly
- Some textual errors are fixed in the Help files
- Error when loading a saved configuration with no log filename defined
- Some minor issues.
