Version 1.3.8 of Deluge has been released and this was immediately followed by 1.3.9 due to a bug. This bittorrent client was developed by Zach Tibbitts and Alon Zakai, two members of the Ubuntu forum. In addition to versions for the well-known Linux distributions, Deluge versions for Windows and OS X are also released. The program has everything you would expect from a bittorrent client: bittorrent protocol encryption, mainline dht, upnp, nat-pmp, µTorrent Peer Exchange and the ability to manage the program remotely via a web browser. Since version 1.3.7, the following changes and improvements have been made:
