Download Deluge 1.3.13

Version 1.3.13 of Deluge has been released. This bittorrent client was developed by Zach Tibbitts and Alon Zakai, two members of the Ubuntu forum. In addition to versions for the well-known Linux distributions, Deluge versions for Windows and OS X are also released. The program has everything you would expect from a bittorrent client: bittorrent protocol encryption, mainline dht, upnp, nat-pmp, µTorrent Peer Exchange and the ability to manage the program remotely via a web browser. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

• Increase RSA key size from 1024 to 2048 and use SHA256 digest.
• Fixed empty error message from certain trackers.
• Fixed torrent ending up displaying the wrong state.
