Download DeadLock 1.3.1
Editing or deleting files or folders is only possible in Windows when they are not in use. However, the DeadLock program is in most cases able to release these files or folders, so that a desired operation can still be performed. The program runs on Windows 7 or higher, requires version 4.6.1 of the .NET Framework and is offered under a gpl license. Version 1.3.1 was released a few days ago and the changelog for that release looks like this:
