Download DC++ 0.69

The P2P program DC++ was updated to version 0.69 yesterday. DC++ is one of many programs available to exchange files over the Direct Connect network. This program owes the two pluses at the end to the fact that it is written in C++. Version 0.69 is a so-called bug fix release and fixes a lot of issues. The changelog has the following to say about it:
