Download DC++ 0.4034

A new version of DC++ can be found on Source Forge after a long time of silence. DC++ is an open source P2P program for the Windows platform, which uses the Direct Connect protocol. The latest release has been given version number 0.4043 and mainly contains some bug fixes. The changelog looks like this:
