Download Dameware NT Utilities 7.5.6.0

Dameware Development has released version 7.5.6.0 of Dameware NT Utilities. The programs are intended for remote management and administration of Windows workstations, servers and domains. The NT Utilities include an extensive Active Directory Object Browser and the programs Mini Remote Control and exporter. The software can be fully tested for 30 days before purchase. The main changes in version 7 are support for ipv6 and nat traversal; there are separate 32 and 64 bit downloads of the Mini Remote Control and the program can be started from an external source, for example a USB stick. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

Mini Remote Control:

• Improved load speed for the following Connect Dialog items: AD, SAM, MS Windows Network, & DMRC Peers.
• Additional enhancements for “Initializing…” scenario under 2003 Server.
• No video when Client Agent running As Application on XP. Fixed.

MSI Builder:

• MSI Packages built using the MSI Builder may not install properly in certain cases. For example: when UAC was running or when installing via Group Policies or other 3rd-party distribution software. Fixed.
