Download Daemon Tools Lite 4.40.2

Disc-soft has released Daemon Tools version 4.40.2. With this program it is possible to mount image files from CDs or DVDs as a virtual drive. Creating different virtual drives eliminates the need to keep changing CDs or DVDs. Moreover, in this way there is less trouble from background noise and the data is generally faster accessible. Since version 4.30.0, the sponsor ad module is no longer in the installation file, but clicking through too quickly will still change the home page and default search engine in the web browser and further provide it with a Daemon Tools toolbar. This release fixes the following two issues:
