CoreCodec has released a new version of CoreAVC. With this Windows video codec it is possible to transfer files in the h.264format to view. CoreAVC is efficiently programmed and extremely fast, in some cases even faster than comparable hardware facilities. CoreAVC is available in an eight dollar standard version and a fifteen dollar professional version. The latter offers additional support for interlacing, multicore processors and Cuda-gpu acceleration. The changelog of this release shows the following changes:

• NVIDIA CUDA accelerated decoding for interlaced streams (MBAFF and PAFF)
• Input stream colorspace override options

• CUDA matrix handling and DPB management improvements
