Download CopyToDVD 3.0.31

A new version of CopyToDVD can be downloaded from the Vso-Software website, version 3.0.31. This program can create audio, video and data discs on rewritable DVD and CD media. This release is mainly a bug fix version, no new functionality is introduced. The changelog looks like this:
