The sixth beta build of Central Brain Identifier 8.0 has just been released. If your computer is equipped with a beating heart from AMD, this program can tell you exactly which model it is. CBId recognizes over seventy different models and displays detailed information such as core name, revision and voltage, frequency, rating, cache and PowerNow technology. In addition, it is also able to perform some tweaks with regard to, for example, the L1 cache, the Clock Control Register, the memory timings and recently also the possibility to adjust the HyperTransport clock frequency. The sixth release of Central Brain Identifier 8.0 is ready! We have enhanced the memory address range to the maximum to search the P-State tables of the processor. The Mobility tab has a new field to report the minimum core voltage of the AMD64 processor with AMD PowerNow! Technology support. And now, CBId identifies the newest AMD64 processors with revision F2, including OPN numbers. The following OPN list shows supported processors:
