Download Central Brain Identifier 7.5.0.4 R4
A new version of Central Brain Identifier can be downloaded from the Amd club website since yesterday. CBId recognizes over fifty models of AMD processors and provides detailed information such as core name, revision and voltage, frequency, rating, cache and PowerNow technology. In addition, it is also able to perform some tweaks with regard to, for example, the L1 cache and the Clock Control Register. The following can be read on the Central Brain Identifier website about this release:
I am glad to inform the newest version now identifies low-power Socket A processors with a Small Form Factor (SFF). An internal database has been enhanced with new OPN numbers of several server and desktop series of the AMD64 processors. Besides, fixed a lot of bugs regarding HTT support, Opteron series reporting, OPN numbers of the AMD Turion 64 processor, etc. With the great support of Mark Ozimek (aka ozzimark), an xtremesystems.org forum member, CBId is now capable to fully recognize the mobile AMD Athlon 64 processors based on revision E3.[break]
