Download Caliber 0.9.23

Caliber is an open source and cross platform ebook management program. Among other things, it can look up all relevant information and cover images and convert the ebooks to make them suitable for the various types of e-readers. It can also convert newspapers, magazines and news articles based on RSS feeds into e-book format, and books can be purchased from well-known web stores. A new version is released every Friday and this time, among other things, the possibility to adjust the table of contents has been added. The complete changelog for version 0.9.23 looks like this:

New Features

• New tool: “Edit ToC” that allows you to edit or create a Table of Contents easily in EPUB or AZW3 ebooks. Using the Edit ToC tool, you can easily re-arrange the entries in an existing Table of Contents, change their text and even change the location they point to by simply clicking the new location in the book. To use this tool, go to Preferences->Toolbar and add the Edit ToC tool to the main toolbar. Then simply select the books you want to be polished and click the Edit ToC button. This tool is based on a new codebase, so there may be bugs.
