Cacti is a full front-end for RRDtool, an application that allows you to retrieve information from your network and connected equipment at set times. Cacti can clearly display this information in various graphs, so that you can see the performance over a certain period at a glance. It requires an environment with MySQL, PHP, RRDTool, net-snmp and a web server with PHP support.
