The developers of Cacti released a new stable version of the program a while ago. It concerns version 0.8.7c, which from this page for various Linux distributions and Windows can be downloaded. Cacti is a frontend for RRDTool and offers more extensive possibilities to graph data about e-mail traffic, a computer, a server and practically everything monitored by Simple Network Management Protocol.
