Download BurnAware 2.3.2

BurnAware Technologies has released a new version of its CD and DVD burning program of the same name with 2.3.2 as the version number. BurnAware is available in three flavors, namely Free, Home and Professional. Free can be used without license costs, but does have some limits. Home is intended for home use and can perform almost all functions and finally the Professional version can control multiple burners and may be used in a commercial environment. The list of changes since the previous entry in the Meuktracker looks like this:

Version 2.3.2:

• Fixed bug with incorrect detection of BD-RE discs.
• Fixed compatibility bug with DVD Video created by BurnAware and some DVD players.

Version 2.3.1:

• Added feature to save/load file list of MP3 compilations.
• Fixed bug with adding Unicode files and folders.
• cosmetic fixes.

Version 2.3.0:

• BurnAware added to AutoPlay menu.
• Added command line support.
• Added Czech translation.
• Added new Disc Info application.
• Modified session loading method:
  • Now the program automatically sets file system type when loading session.
  • Resolved problem with loading CD sessions.
  • Resolved problem with cropping the disc name when loading session.
• Modified media detection method:
  • Fixed “Invalid field in CDB” errors.
  • Fixed bug with false warning about incorrect DVD media type.
  • Fixed bugs with incorrect detection of free/used space and media status.
• Minor optimization for Windows 7.
• Added free space check before burning ISO file.
• Fixed bug with detecting multisession DVD RW media.

Version 2.2.3:

• Added Windows 7 support.
• Added “Don’t show” option to the Update window.
• Boot options can be saved and used as default for data compilation.

Version 2.2.2:

• Added keyboard support to the Welcome Screen.
• Added different colors for buttons in the Welcome Screen.
• Added the Verify checkbox to the Burn screen.
• Resolved issue with loading of CD session.
