Download BurnAware 17.4

Version 17.4 of the CD, DVD and Blu-ray burning program BurnAware has been released. This program is available in a Free version and in paid Premium and Professional editions, with prices of thirty and forty dollars respectively. The paid versions have additional functionality, such as copying discs and ripping audio CDs. On this page the different editions are compared against each other. The free version comes bundled with optional extras; here there is a version that does not contain them. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

• Updated command line parameters.
• Optimized file date and time conversion.
• Improved file checking speed in data compilations.
• Improvements to “size on disc” calculation in all tools.

Bug fixes

• Resolved issue with processing long file paths (>260 characters).
• Fixed bug causing access violation error if file date is corrupted.
