Download BORGChat 0.9.9 build 428

BORGChat is a chat program for communication on the local network. Support for Avatars and file transfer is provided as well as a collection of over 200 animated smilies. In addition, it is also possible to add other smilies. Version 0.9.9 build 428 is recently available and has the following changes:

• Fix : Avatars were not working (i can not save my with standart error “can not assign TPicture a TJPEGimage”)
