BitMeter OS is the successor to BitMeter II. The program can be used to monitor network traffic. For example, it shows in real time what the upload and download speeds are, and statistics are kept on the amount of data received and sent. If you use isp quota, the program shows how far you have used it. BitMeter OS is currently released as beta software, is open source and available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. A demonstration of the program can be here are being found. Since this is the first time that BitMeter OS is featured in the Meuktracker, we go a little further back in time with the changelog.
