AVG Technologies has released the first update for version 2013 of its protection tools. The line-up remains unchanged from the free Anti Virus Free and the paid one Anti Virus and Internet Security. The latter two cost 35 and 45 euros per year per PC, but when a license for several years and/or PCs is purchased, the price per unit will be lower. You can compare the three programs at this page. Fixes & improvements

• Core: Detection of CVE-2012-0151 vulnerability.
• Setup: Fixed issue with setup failing on corrupted AVG installation files.
• Setup: Driver uninstallation was fixed to work properly on corrupted driver as well.
• Setup: Setup now includes a new dialog to opt for Toolbar and Search provider.
• Setup: During AVG uninstallation you can opt to keep browsing protection installed (Toolbar, Secure Search, and LinkScanner).
