Avant Force released version 11.7 build 23 of Avant Browser on Tuesday. This web browser partly uses Internet Explorer, but adds additional functionality such as a pop-up blocker, tabbed browsing, a search bar, and the ability to customize the program’s appearance by using skins. Some of these features are already offered by default in version 7 of IE, but Avant Browser can already be used from Internet Explorer 5.5.
