Download Autoruns 9.35

Sysinternals has released a new version of Autoruns, to which they have given it 9.35 as the version number. The program, as the name suggests, lists all the processes that start automatically when the system is started. In addition, all ‘Browser Helper Objects’ and Scheduled Tasks are also shown on separate tabs. The program comes with a graphical and a commandline interface, the latter of which can be processed in, among other things, a login script. The list of changes looks like this:

Version 9.35:
This update adds additional autostart locations, including lsastart, s0initialization, savedumpstart, and servicecontrollerstart, and fixes several bugs.

Version 9.34:
This update fixes a bug that caused Autoruns to exit immediately after finishing a scan when passed the accepteula command line argument.

Version 9.33:
This update adds command-line options for automatically scanning and exporting scan results, as well as a number of bug fixes.

Version 9.32:
This fixes a 32-bit parsing bug introduced in the v9.31 update.

Version 9.31:
This release fixes a bug displaying missing images that reference paths with spaces, adds support for Sidebar Gadgets on 64-bit Windows, and correctly handles 64-bit paths that reference the program files directory.

Version 9.3:
This update adds support for several additional shell extension points, including copy hook, property sheet, and drag and drop handlers, fixes a bug in the Vista gadget parsing code and better handles malformed paths.

Version 9.21:
This corrects the version number in the about box.

Version 9.2:
In order to better support assisted troubleshooting, Autoruns – an autostart analyzer – now exports and imports scan results to enable viewing results on other systems, adds support for enabling and deleting Winsock notification DLLs, and fixes a number of 64-bit Windows issues.
