Download Audacity 3.4.2

Version 3.4.2 of Audacity has been released. Available for Windows, Linux, and macOS, this open source audio editor can record sound, import and export wav, aiff, ogg, and MP3 files. The program has an unlimited undo function and also has a large collection of effects on board, such as fade-in and fade-out, echo, tempo change and noise reduction. More effects can be easily added, as the program supports Nyquist, VST and Ladspa effects, among others.plugins. The following improvements have been made in this release:

This is a hotfix release. It fixes the following bugs:

• #5568 Fix a crash when opening projects with zero-length clips.
• #5032 When exporting a file, the sample rate of the tracks is now considered, and last-used sample rate is remembered.
