Download Apple QuickTime 7.1.2

Apple put a new version of QuickTime online shortly after the release of Mac OS X 10.4.7. This is a minor update compared to the previous version and has therefore been upgraded to version number 7.1.2. QuickTime is the default media player in Apple’s operating system Mac OS X and can not only play its own QT media files and convert media to this format, but also play MP3 and avi files, among others. The software is also being developed for the Windows platform, where it is integrated into the music program iTunes, just like with Mac OS X. However, Quicktime is also available as a standalone version to download. QuickTime 7.1.2 is currently available via this link can only be downloaded for Mac OS X, the Windows edition will remain out of sight for the time being.
