Download AnyDVD 6.2.0.1

SlySoft released version 6.2.0.1 of AnyDVD yesterday. This program can bypass the copy and region protections of DVDs so that they can be opened in Windows without hindrance. AnyDVD is also able to skip mandatory parts, such as the copyright and FBI warnings. Finally, the speed of the drive can also be adjusted to reduce the noise produced during playback. An AnyDVD license costs $49, for the HD version an additional $30 will have to be paid. The changelog of this release shows the following changes:

• Note to people considering to invest in HD media: Please buy HD DVD instead of Blu-ray. HD DVD is much more consumer friendly (eg, no region coding, AACS not mandatory, no BD+). Don’t give your money to people, who throw your fair-use rights out of the window.
