Download AnyDVD 6.0.7.0

Ireland-based SlySoft today updated AnyDVD to version number 6.0.7.0. This program runs in the background of Windows and automatically removes the protection from DVD movies. Thus, all programs on the computer and the operating system itself will then see it as region-free and unsecured. The program is also able to skip certain parts of the DVD, such as the copyright and FBI warnings. In addition, the speed of the drive can also be adjusted, in order to reduce the noise produced during playback. Below is what changes the program has undergone since its previous entry in the muck tracker:

Changes in version 6.0.7.0:

• New: Added support for new versions of the SONY Arccos protection to the option to remove “Protection based on unreadable Sectors”
• New: Added support for a new copy protection found on Czech DVDs to the option to remove “Protection based on unreadable Sectors” (still experimental)
• New: AnyDVD ripper now creates the destination directory if it does not exist
• Fix: The “Red Dwarf” fix from 6.0.6.3 caused some Sony Arccos protections to fail
• Fix: Sony Arccos removal didn’t always work as it should
• Some minor fixes and improvements

• New: Added support for new versions of the SONY Arccos protection to the option to remove “Protection based on unreadable Sectors”
• Fix: Removal of bogus title sets was too aggressive and could remove title sets which shouldn’t be removed (eg, “Red Dwarf” R2, UK)
• Some minor fixes and improvements
