Download AnyDVD 4.6.1.2
The AnyDVD program runs in the background of the Windows operating system and ensures that DVD movies are decoded automatically. All programs on the computer and the operating system itself will then see the DVD as region-free and unprotected. The developer SlySoft recently released a new version with 4.6.1.2 as the version number. The changelog looks like this:
- New: Improved CSS key extraction, if title is additionally protected by Arccos or Puppetlock.
- New: The irrelevant title sets on some Arccos protected discs are now completely replaced with dummy sectors, eg, “She Hate Me” (UK), “Layer Cake” (UK) or “The Forgotten” (German). Even if CloneDVD was able to create a copy of these titles, copying all files from the DVD to the harddrive with Windows Explorer or Total Commander would fail.
- Change: Improved automatic check for updates
- Fix: The option to remove Region Code scripts (RCE protection)could prevent correct playback of some titles, eg “The Simpsons, Season 3” (US) or “The Simpsons, Season 5” (US).
- Fix: Bug introduced with AnyDVD 4.5.8.1. Puppetlock was not correctly removed at the end of some titles, eg “Jim Knopf und die Wilde 13” (German).
- Some minor fixes and improvements
- Updated languages
