Anope is a collection of IRC services that hang on an IRCD. The services include a ‘NickServ’ and ‘ChanServ’. The latest release is too to download in the form of version 1.6.0. The release notes state that this is a stable release. The structure of the database has also remained unchanged, so that migration from and to a previous version can be done without any problems.
