AllinOne Policy Template, as the name reveals, is a policy template for Windows Server 200x that includes system, explorer and Internet Explorer policies. The latest version is numbered 1.01 and via this link to take down. Below is an excerpt from the ‘readme.doc’ posted:

It’s a policy template, specially designed for Windows 2000/2003 Terminal servers (& Citrix) in a NT4 domain.

It’s also possible to use the template for other Windows 2000/2003 server, it contains all the policies from the default System.adm template.

Do not use the ALLinONE template for Group Policies in an Active Directory environment. The True Control Template is specially created to integrate seamlessly with the default group policies.
