Airradar gives you a number of extra options for connecting to wireless networks under Mac OS X. For example, you can indicate preferences, make contact via the network with the strongest signal and play sounds during certain events. In addition, Airradar shows various information of the received signals, such as the bssid, beacon interval, encryption status, encryption method and noise level. The developers at Koingo Software have released version 1.1.1 of Airradar, which squashes a minor bug:
