Download AIMP 5.03 build 2394

An update for version 5.03 of AIMP has been released. This free, lightweight Russian-made media player supports the most popular music formats. The appearance resembles the well-known Winamp and can be adjusted by means of skins. AIMP has an 18-channel equalizer on board and supports plugins. Furthermore, the program can rip CDs, convert music files and edit tags. Since version 5.03 there is also a separate 64bit version of the media player. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

Changes:

• General: visual appearance of settings window has been updated
• Tags: encoding detection algorithm has been improved

Fixed:

• Skin engine – window border flicks on activate/deactivate the window if the “allow per pixel semitransparency” is switched off (regression)
• Smart-playlists – null-values ​​of data-time fields are stored to configuration file incorrectly
• Plugins – API – album art providers that does not supports for “unknown” interface cannot be registered in repository
