Download AIMP 3.20 build 1165

An update for version 3.20 of media player AIMP has been released. This free Russian-made lightweight media player has support for the most popular music formats. The appearance is somewhat like Winamp and can be adjusted by means of skins. AIMP has an 18-channel equalizer on board and supports plugins. Furthermore, the program can rip CDs, convert music files and edit tags.

In version 3.20, among other things, the audio converter has been improved. For example, several files can be converted into one large file and the computer can be shut down automatically when the conversion is finished. Furthermore, the caching system has been improved so that the hard disk is accessed less often, and cover art can be viewed in its original size. The following improvements have also been made in this update:

• Cover art now stored to special section in FLAC format

player:

• The Algorithm of catching CUE sheets for audio files with double extension has been improved

Fixed:

• Audio Converter – Sample format saves incorrectly for command line encoders
• Audio Converter – Error occurs when trying to remove virtual track from disk
• Radio Capture – Unable to choose command line encoder for capture
• The “Ctrl+Del” hotkey is intercepted by playlist from secondary text input elements
• The content of playlist stops drawing in some cases
• Player doesn’t play sound, if initialization of DSP plugin failed
• Player doesn’t detect CD drive at “A” letter
