Download Adobe DNG Converter and Camera Raw 4.0

Adobe has released a new version of its DNG Converter and Camera Raw plugin. This plugin is only suitable for Photoshop CS3, Photoshop Elements 4.01 for MacIntosh and Photoshop Elements 5.0 for Windows and allows you to open RAW photo files directly, without converting them to another format first. RAW is the raw, unprocessed image that comes directly from the sensor, supplemented with some data from the camera’s settings, such as shutter speed, aperture, and ISO.
