Download AC3Filter 1.40b

Alexander Vigovsky released version 1.40b of the AC3Filter today. This DirectShow filter makes it possible to decode and edit sound from movie files in real time. It is mainly intended to be able to play files with surround sound, such as AC3 and DTS. It is also able to reproduce the sound from the digital output (S/PDIF) to process. New in this release is the possibility to translate the user interface and Alexander has already added his own language Russian. The full changelog of this release looks like this:

• Mixing LFE channel into several channels preserves resulting loudness. LFE level now means gain relative to front channels.
