Download 7+ Taskbar Tweaker 5.14.2

Version 5.14.2 of 7+ Taskbar Tweaker has been released. This program allows you to customize the taskbar of Windows 7 and higher. For example, it can be indicated which programs are grouped or not, the order of items can be adjusted and several screens can be minimized or closed at the same time. The taskbar in Windows 11 uses completely different code and that’s why unlikely that there will be a version that is fully compatible with it. However, the old Windows 10 taskbar code is still present and can be done via a tweak enabled which makes the program partially usable in Windows 11. It can also be used in combination with other programs that customize the taskbar and the start menu, such as StartAllBack and ExplorerPatcher. The changelog for this release can be found below:

Changes in 7+ in Taskbar Tweaker version 5.14.2.0:

• A notice regarding Windows 11: 7+ Taskbar Tweaker doesn’t support the Windows 11 taskbar, but some of the tweaks are available in Windows 11 as Windhawk mods. Check out the list of modsand vote for missing mods that you’d like to see implemented.
• Fixed the incompatibility caused by update KB5029331 of Windows 10 version 22H2.
• Fixed the incompatibility caused by update KB5029351 of Windows 11 version 22H2 (with old taskbar).
• Improved compatibility of the “Standard window menu” option with StartIsBack.
