Download µTorrent 2.2 build 23071

The developers of µTorrent this week removed the beta sticker from version 2.2 of this popular BitTorrent client and released the first versions under the stable banner. New in version 2.2 includes the ability to automatically pause downloads when activity is detected on the computer. In addition, a dialog box is now displayed for magnet links and several improvements have been made to the proxy. Below is what has changed since the second release candidate.
