The developers behind µTorrent released version 2.2.1 build 23858 beta of this BitTorrent client on Friday. At this point, the 2.2 branch is stable and 3.0 should be seen as the experimental branch. So in between is the 2.2.1 branch, which has a beta label. Compared to version 2.2, it is again possible to use the program under Wine and the program can better handle less common connections, such as VPNs that use Path MTU Discovery.
