Download µTorrent 1.8 build 10054 beta

A new beta release of version 1.8 of µTorrent was released on Thursday. µTorrent is a very complete Bittorrent client that has little or no load on memory and processor. In addition, the size of the program is also minimal at only 260KB. The changelog for this release shows the following changes and improvements:

New features:

• gui.log_date for logging date in Logger lines
• add ‘complete’, ‘incomplete’ and ‘external ip’ to internal tracker
• net.calc_overhead to add TCP/IP overhead calculation to rate measure

changed:

• Merge General and Transfer tabs
• send webui response as ‘application/x-json’
• log about invalid lines in ipfilter (in misc errors)
• keep old computer ids, to reduce scam warning on valid ID switch
• remove 0x8000 flag from peerid

Fixed:
