Download µTorrent 1.8.3 build 15638 final

Last Saturday we wrote in the Meuktracker about version 1.8.3 build 15619 beta of µTorrent. What we didn’t know at the time, however, was that the program was very close to a stable release. The final release of version 1.83 was released on Sunday with build number 15638. In addition to version 1.8.3, there is also a 1.9 development version, in which new features such as UDP torrenting and real-time transfer rate control are experimented with. The changelog for version 1.8.3 build 15638 contains exactly the same three changes that we saw in the beta, so probably not much has changed.
