Sharkoon comes with 62 gram Light² 200 gaming mouse with modular design
Sharkoon introduces a new mouse for gamers, the Light² 200. As the name suggests, it is a relatively light mouse with a weight of 62 grams. The product can be adjusted by the user due to the somewhat modular design.
According to Sharkoon, the Light² 200 is one of the lightest mice ever made. According to the manufacturer, the relatively low weight has been made possible by the use of an open honeycomb structure at the top, sides and bottom. This structure also provides extra grip while playing, says Sharkoon. Using Omron switches, the left and right mouse buttons would have a lifespan of about 20 million clicks.
Users can customize the mouse to a certain extent according to their preferences. The honeycomb top that can be attached with magnets can be removed to make room for a closed top plate, which is included as standard. The weight then increases slightly. Furthermore, there are three replaceable dpi buttons. The black dpi button above the scroll wheel can therefore be replaced by a blue copy of the same size, or a larger red copy.
The mouse has an optical PixArt PMW3389 sensor with a resolution of 16,000 dpi, where the resolution can be set to different levels. The Light² 200 is aimed at right-handers and there are a total of six programmable buttons. The mouse has RGB lighting at the scroll wheel and at the back, measures 120 x 66 x 42 mm and costs 50 euros.
