Scifishooter Hyenas from Creative Assembly will be released next year

Creative Assembly, the maker of Aliens: Isolation, has presented the first images of its sci-fi shooter Hyenas. The game should be released “sometime next year” for the Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5 and PC.

Hyenas is set in space. The players must loot large flying malls called Plunderships. They are divided into four teams, each of which has three players. The team with the most treasures at the end of the match wins. For that, it not only has to compete with other players, but the team also has to take into account the dangerous environment, mercenaries, armed drones and alarm systems.

Creative Assembly previously announced that it is working on a new game, but the name and other details were not yet known. Chief product officer Rob Bartholomew emphasized that it was a ‘new IP’.
