“Samsung will come with round smartwatch and two Galaxy S6 versions in March”
Samsung would present two models of the Galaxy S6 during the Mobile World Congress in March. The company is also reportedly coming with a smartwatch equipped with a round screen. Samsung has not confirmed the reports.
As has previously been in the news, Samsung will probably produce two variants of the Galaxy S6. Business Insider, which is often right when it comes to rumors about new technology, citing anonymous sources, writes that the first model will have metal elements. It is unclear whether the complete housing will be made of metal. It is also possible that certain parts of the housing are provided with metal accents.
The other model is rumored to have a curved screen. Sammobile has previously written this based on anonymous sources. The smartphone will reportedly be called the Galaxy S6 Edge. Samsung would use a Snapdragon 810-soc and the screen is rumored to have a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels. The size of the screen is still unknown. Samsung would further offer the Galaxy S6 in variants with 32, 64 and 128GB.
In addition to the Galaxy S6, Samsung is coming with a smartwatch with a round screen, according to anonymous sources. The design would therefore be comparable to the design of the Moto 360 from Motorola and the G Watch R from LG, which also have a round screen.
It is not yet known when Samsung’s products will be released on the market. The Mobile World Congress will be held in Barcelona from March 2-5. Business Insider writes that the new models from Samsung may be released in April.
