Samsung will bring Pro mode for video to Galaxy S10 via update at the end of March
Samsung makes some functions of the Galaxy S20 available on the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 via a software update. For example, some photo and video functions are coming to the generations from last year, including the Pro mode for video.
Samsung lists which functions of the S20 it will bring to the S10 and Note 10 at the end of March. With Pro mode for Video, users of earlier smartphone generations will soon be able to adjust camera settings such as ISO, shutter speed and exposure when making video. In addition, the function to simultaneously shoot with both the front and rear cameras is coming to the S10 and Note 10.
Furthermore, Single Take is coming to last year’s smartphones. The camera makes a video of three to ten seconds, after which the user can make the best choice from ten photos and four videos. The My Filter option allows users to save their custom settings for later use.
Other features of the upcoming update include fast cropping after zooming in on images and automatically merging all photos on the device with the same subject. Finally, Quick Share and Music Share allow users to see which of the contacts are nearby to share files and music.
