“Samsung comes with OLED tablets in Galaxy Tab S line”
Samsung would introduce a new tablet line in which the models have OLED screens and resolutions of 2560×1600 pixels. The tablets would come in the new Galaxy Tab S line and be available in sizes with 8.4″ – 10.5″ screens.
That reports the usually well-informed website Sammobile. The two new Galaxy Tab S tablets from Samsung would belong in the high-end segment and have screen diagonals of 8.4″ and 10.5″. Both tablets, with a design that is said to resemble that of the Galaxy Tab 4 series, offer a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels. Samsung would have equipped the Galaxy Tab S tablets with an Exynos 5420-soc in which a Mali T628 GPU is integrated.
The RAM of both tablets would be 3GB. The front camera offers a 2.1-megapixel resolution, while the rear has an 8-megapixel camera. Like the Galaxy S5, the tablets may have a fingerprint scanner integrated into the home button. Support for Wi-Fi 802.11-ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and infrared also seem to be included.
The Galaxy Tab S tablets would run on Android 4.4, but it is still unclear whether the renewed Magazine UX gui is present. When the tablets will come on the market and what the prices are is not yet known.
