Rumor: Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphones will get at least 256GB of storage space

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 devices will reportedly have a minimum storage of 256GB. At least, that is what Ahmed Qwaider reports, who more often publishes early information about upcoming Samsung smartphones. Only the Ultra model will get 12GB of ram.

According to Qwaider there will no longer be a 128GB option and the S23 and S23+ will only get 256GB of internal storage and there will be options for 256GB, 512GB or 1TB for the S23 Ultra. The Ultra model will contain 12GB of ram, but the two regular S23 models will have to make do with 8GB of ram.

At the end of last year, new promotional images of the Samsung Galaxy S23 appeared. It was also announced how large the batteries of the devices will be and with what capacity they can be charged. According to the information, the S23 will get a 3900mAh battery, while the S23+ will get a battery capacity of 4700mAh and the S23 Ultra will get a 5000mAh battery. Charging is done with 45W; only the regular S23 doesn’t go beyond 25W.

Samsung is likely to officially announce the new Galaxy models next month, just as the S22 range was also announced in February. The famous Samsung leaker Ice Universe mentioned rather February 1 as the date for the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event where the S23 is also expected to be announced.
