According to South Korean website The Bell, the Samsung Galaxy S10 will not only get three cameras on the back, but also two lenses on the front. It is still unclear what those two possible camera lenses on the front are used for.

South Korea’s The Bell says it relies on experts from the parts industry. They report that Samsung not only integrates the two twelve-megapixel cameras of the Galaxy S9 + on the back of the S10; an ultra-wide angle lens with a resolution of sixteen megapixels and a field of view of 120 degrees would also be added; the angle of view of the wide-angle lens on the S9+ does not go beyond 77 degrees. These three cameras not only allow the user to take pictures with different angles of view, but may also enable more advanced applications for augmented reality.

On the front, the S10 would get a dual camera, although no further details or specifications have been mentioned. It is possible that the second front camera is used as with the Samsung Galaxy A8, where the second camera is used to blur the background. However, the dual camera can also be used for 3D facial recognition for authentication purposes or other 3D applications.
