Rumor: OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro will be presented on October 10

The OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro will be presented on October 10 and will be on sale from October 15. That says OnLeaks, who also shared the specifications of the devices. Both variants get a 90Hz screen, a Snapdragon 855 Plus and three cameras.

The details have been put on Compereraja and come from @OnLeaks. At the beginning of September it was already revealed that the OnePlus 7T Pro would hardly differ from the current model and the specifications confirm that. The phone gets the Snapdragon 855 Plus soc, which is slightly faster than the regular SD855. With 4085mAh, the battery capacity is slightly higher, the OnePlus 7 Pro has a 4000mAh battery. There does not seem to be a 128GB version of the OnePlus 7T Pro, the specification list only states 8GB of ram and 256GB of flash storage.

The OnePlus 7T gets more innovations compared to its predecessor. For example, the device gets a 90Hz screen, just like the Pro version. With the regular 7T, this is a screen with a small notch at the top. The resolution is also lower at 2400×1080 pixels; the 7T Pro has a resolution of 3100×1440 pixels. The battery of the OnePlus 7T also has slightly more capacity with 3800mAh. The predecessor has a 3700mAh battery.

Both devices get three cameras on the back. The primary camera has a 48-megapixel sensor, f/1.6 lens and features optical and electronic stabilization. The 7T Pro also has an 8Mp camera with a telephoto lens that is good for ‘3x zoom’. With the OnePlus 7T, that is a 12Mp camera with ‘2x zoom’. The third camera in both cases is a 16Mp sensor with an ultra-wide angle lens.

The OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro come with Android 10 and get a new macro mode and a slow-motion movie function with 960fps at 720p resolution. The prices of the new smartphones are not yet known.
