The Nothing Phone (2) will be 260 euros more expensive than its predecessor, claims the French site Dealabs. The price for the cheapest version would be 729 euros, considerably more than the 469 euros for the Phone (1) last year.

There will also be a 512GB variant for 849 euros, reports Dealabs. The price difference between 256GB and 512GB is therefore greater than with many other phones, where there is often 100 euros between the different variants. It is unknown whether the versions differ in other respects, such as working memory.

It has been known for some time that the Phone (2) has a SoC from a more expensive series. The Phone (1) has a Snapdragon 778G from Qualcomm, but the Phone (2) is probably a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. This makes it seem that Nothing wants to make a more luxurious and expensive smartphone. At a price of 729 euros, the device is below the price of, for example, the Samsung Galaxy S23 and Xiaomi 13. Nothing will announce the Phone (2) in three weeks. Renders of the device have already been released.
