Microsoft is said to be testing three different all-in-one PCs in the Surface line. It would be systems with three screen diagonals: 21 inches, 24 inches and 27 inches. The 21″ PhD student has a full HD screen, the last two would have 4k screens.

The all-in-ones would look ‘elegant’ and are intended for use in the living room. However, these are internal tests and it is not certain that these will actually appear on the market. The news comes from Windows Central, which regularly has confidential Microsoft information. At the end of June, Digitimes and Windows Central already reported on the possible arrival of a Surface PhD.

According to Windows Central, there will also be a new version of the Surface Book. One of the changes concerns the hinge: in the coming variant, it would no longer leave a gap open when folded. In addition, the convertible laptop would have new components, which Windows Central suggests that it concerns Intel Kaby Lake processors. Intel could announce that next week, at its IDF conference in San Francisco.
