Rumor: iPhone 15 phones have rounded screen edges
Apple would like to round the screen edges of its iPhone 15 phones again according to a new design, says a new rumor. They have been flat since the iPhone 12. The screen itself remains flat, according to leaker ShrimpApplePro.
These are screens with the same diagonals as the current models, so claims ShrimpApplePro. The leaker has built up a good, if not flawless track record in Apple rumors over the past few years. The leaker would have his information from someone who saw the phones.
All iPhone 15 models would get the Dynamic Island with two camera holes in the screen, like the current iPhone 14 Pro models. That rumor has been around before. The screens remain flat, but the screen edges are rounded again. That was the case until the iPhone 11. The effect should be similar to the Apple Watch.
It is normal for the first rumors about the design of new iPhones to come out around this time of year. CAD drawings of the new models are then issued in the cycle, after which an image is created of what the new models will look like. There are no reliable images of it yet.
